The buyer will not use the materials purchased in violation of any local, state, or federal law. This agreement applies to all your purchases: past, present & future. We require payment in advance on all orders. Our description of chemicals and products is based on representations made by our suppliers. We do not test to verify this information. visco-fuse.co.uk does not make any warranties, express or implied, concerning the suitability of any product we sell for any particular use. It is up to you, the buyer, to determine the suitability of each product for your intended use. You (the buyer) assume all risk and liability for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of your use or inability to use the product. Proper care should always be taken, and you should always treat it as hazardous and toxic and use adequate ventilation, and breathing, and skin protection when handling it. We are not responsible for, and will not reimburse you for orders that are seized by customs or postal officials in your country.

Orders to be delivered outside of the UK may be subject to tax and import duties, these are the responsibility of The Buyer.
